Transmission issue 1996 Volvo 960

Hello
I have following issue with my 1996 Volvo 960
It has 84000 miles on it
I had to replace some wires under the seat because my passenger seat and my speedometer did not work
After replacing the wires speedo and seat work


Recently the arrow for the transmission came on
And the modes between W S and E are flashing
The car shifts normal and I can move the gear lever in all gears
I got following codes P0705 and P0500
I also have a mass air flow code P0103
Which I just replaced a broken hose and I ll replace the air filter today hope the air flow issue will be fixed with that. If not I might need a sensor
A lot of people are saying my transmission issues could have to do with the pnp switch
Sometimes when I move out of park it shifts hard
I mean I can hear the transmission engage

I would like to hear what you guys think about this
