2004 volvo 2.4i auto transmission problem

My first post here so please bear wit me...i have a 2004 volvo s40 2.4i which was giving problems with the transmission(auto).it ws changing fine when its cold but changed roughly when warmer so i decided to replace the transmission from a local repair shop...the replacement gearbox i bought it from a a friend whose volvo 2.4i crashed.after changing th gearboxes the car would start but now its idles very roughly for some few minutes(ten or so min)then dies.i plugged in an obd2 reader n it showed many problems which were no there b4 th gearbox replacement...speed sensor missing,dtc in throttle body,crankshaft sensor (which i changed with a new one from volvo)dtc in Transmission control module... somebody help
