2006 XC70 Driver's Seat Side Panel

Hello,
The subject body part is broken. Having just bought the car and not being thoroughly familiar with it, I ordered p/n 39802011 without realizing mine has a round (about 19mm diameter) hole in which a switch is installed. Can I simply drill the proper size hole if I miss the reinforcing plastic on the underside or can anyone tell me the right part number?
