S60 2006 headlight out - low beam relay question

S60 2006 headlight out - low beam relay question

My driver side lowbeam headlight is out
Bulb is good -fuse is good
Checked the power at the H7 socket and got a strange 0.5 V instead 12v normal
Checked power at the fuse socket and again got 0.5 v?
The other side headlight fuse has 12v
I assume the headlight relay on the driver side is bad

Cannot find the relay for headlights
Is it embedded in the main car computer or separate somewhere?
