960 alarm triggers randomly

So, when I first got the 960, the alarm would go off non stop. Then, I got the code for the radio from the seller, and it stopped. Now, more than a year later it is happening again. Randomly, the alarm will go off. Most often 10-15 minutes after I lock the car. Any suggestions? Thanks
