Any input on the issue would be really appreciated. So far i was suggested to replace the torque converter, but it's a quite expensive part and labour isnt cheap also. So im kind of hoping it could be a less expensive issue

Hi! Theres a problem with my car's transmission (presumably, may well be something else) where the rpm-s fluctuate when driving at constant speed. Also it does not happen with cruise control. I took a video of the symptoms

Have you ever tried to rev it to 1500 rpm and keep it there when the transmission is on neutral and the car not moving, if it does the same then I don`t think you have problem with your transmission.
