Looking at a 2008 XC70 - Any Advice?

Hello MVS community, first post here. I am looking at adding a car to the Volvo fleet and there is an 08 XC70 for sale at one of the dealerships in my area. I have a few questions about the 08 XC70s and any grievances anyone has with them? I currently have a 96 850 turbo and the maintenance can get a little pricey and a little often. Is the 08 XC70 decent on maintenance? Will I be having to take my car back to the dealership every month or will it be ok? I haven't got a full history on the car yet but it currently has just over 250,000 kilometers on it. When I go look at the car what specifically should I look at for its age and its road time? Thanks for taking the time to answer some of the questions. Hopefully I didn't ask too many!
