band around idle valve motor

how exactly do you put the gray band (clamp)that holds the motor in place back around the motor,what the heck, wow!

Wrap the rubber around idle valve and with a help of bigger flat screwdriver just place it inside of openings in the holder.
It's a bit tricky but not that bad.

YEP piece of cake, duh I was looking behind the valve motor not under neath, tried the screw driver but it was easier for me by just using my hands, Thanks.
