I know just enough Turkish to read that you have a climate control problem with the light?
If the lights flash, the climate control reads an error and the code should be read to find the error.

Saw the other post 'can' has added to on the subject.
Sorry I don't know a word in Turkish, but welcome to MVS.
When the green A/C lights flash there are several obvious possibilities:
1) A/C pressure is too low for compressor to run - can be as simple as adding more Freon, to an A/C compressor clutch adjustment needed, to a leak in the system.
2) Is the cabin cooling fan working?
3) Do you have ECC or MCC? MCC uses cables from the unit to adjust the cooling flaps, the ECC uses small servo motors.
These are usually the first places to check, then from the results we can help you further. If you can get access to a code reader that reads Volvo codes that makes fixing a whole lot easier.
Neil.

thanks for the answer scot850, abscate
They said that the fault at the volvo service was from the clima control panel.
The new panel is the same fault we have installed.
Volvo (vida) tied to fault detection
Tried to reset the conditioning system but the system failed
All of the climate system should be dismantled
I had no time 2 days 4 days 1 week To identify the malfunction
