S60 GEN II transmission fluid

Hi,

So my 2013 S60 has a 6-speed Aisin TF-80SC automatic transmission. Here are a few questions I have and I hope someone can answer.

What transmission fluid does it take?
Does AISIN make a fluid? If so, what's the part number and where to buy?
Any other options?
My car is at 55000 miles. When would you suggest replacing the fluid?
Just drain and fill? or is there a filter that needs to be replaced?

Fluid at the dealership has a Volvo on it. It's more than the cost of liquid gold. I am sure these answers will help many Gen II S60 owners.
