Volvo S60 BCM & TPS

I have a 2005 Volvo S60 2.5T FWD with 138K miles. I have 2 issues. I recently replaced the BCM and now the ABS light is off but the Anti-Skid Service Required message is on. There is an ABS code 76. From what I understand that means I need the dealership to reprogram the BCM. Is this correct? My 2nd issue is I am getting a CEL code P2135 as well as Reduced engine performance and Engine serviced required messages. I removed the Throttle Body and it looks brand new. Does the throttle body also need to be reprogrammed? Or could there be something else? Any help is greatly appreciated Thank You
