Question about an oil leak (2002 V70 XC)

My car seems to have developed quite a bad oil leak from what I'm guessing is the front Camshaft seal. I noticed it last week when I changed out a few coil packs and the spark plugs, the top of the engine under the spark plug cover was full of oil. The PCV hose is quite stiff so I assumed it was either from the PCV or the oil cap seal being done. I wiped down the area around the oil cap (and it's still dry) leading me to believe that the PCV needs doing. I did the latex glove test and found the glove to inflate VERY slowly only about 25/50% full, same thing with the oil dipstick. There doesn't appear to be any smoke blowing out of it. I have no doubt that I should replace the breather box and do the job, but my question is about the leak itself. It seems to be coming from under one of the accessory belt tensioners (on the side of the passenger tire) That side of the engine is soaked and the frame under it is quite wet as well. My question is, is that the only seal that could be leaking, or should I be looking at ordering anything else? The timing belt will also be done at the same time as I'm worried about oil contamination on the belt.

I would pull the timing cover, verify the exact location of the leak, I can't see accessory tensioner being the source at all.
Just went through this in the summer. Replaced both cam seals and everything else whilst I was in there. Still dry 10K miles later.

When that happens I do all the seals on both sides of the cams and the crank. The partially blocked oil/vapor box isn't helping so it should go at the same time. I'm sure all the seals work but I have great success with Victor Reinz products.
