OMP Strut Brace Install on '98 S70?

Post by BackRoadSeeker »

Just got an OMP strut brace for my S70 after reading here that it was considered the best unit for the money. Of course, it wasn't until AFTER the fact that I read about the subtle differences between the S70 and 850 regarding fitment.

What have other people done to get these installed? I read some do it with the car on the ground and open the mounting holes a bit with a file. I've also seen where people claim if you lift the front of the car to take the weight off the struts, you can mount it up with no modification.

Thanks in advance!
