1991 240 wagon fuel line

I recently started my 1991 240 wagon with 365,000 plus miles after it had been sitting for approx. 6 months. It is my winter driver here in upstate New York. It started right up but was spewing fuel from a pinhole in the banjo fitting that exits the filter and goes to the fuel rail in the engine compartment. Are there replacement fuel lines available for this application or is there a work around? Can I purchase the correct banjo fitting itself and use fuel injection hose with clamps?
