Removed the passengers side front headlight in order to sand the now "Yellow" lens. I removed the lens cover by inserting a putty knife under the seam and working it around the cover. Not to difficult as the adhesive has reverted back to powder.
When I picked up the housing bracket in preparation to install the now clear lens a piece of aluminum shaped like a boomerang was starring me in the face.
Does anyone know where this part goes? Be nice!

The mystery part is made of aluminum and looks just like a Australian boomerang. Only one bracket exists and it's on the passenger side. What threw me off is that I couldn't reference the other (drivers side) light housing. The bracket goes on the bottom of the housing unit. Inclosed is a picture of the light housing and the mystery bracket. Picture provided by " Fcp Euro "
