loose steering after repair at shop

I had a leak in my power steering return line. after getting the part I took it to the shop, it took him forever to put it on, and banged and banged on my car, I was stuck there, this happened a couple months or so ago,afterwards I thought oh my god, what is wrong, I thought it may tighten back up, but it hasnt, its not smooth steering anymore, whats been done, Im saddened by this.any body tell me something, please

Take it to a shop and get it up in the air and check control arms and tie rod ends.

It's a. Simple suspension system.

Getting the lines off without lowering the front sub-frame is hard to do. So if they guy didn't drop the rear of the sub-frame he may of had to cut the old pipe off first and then hammer a wrench to get the old threaded potion loose. It may be the end links are worn and has had nothing to do with what went on before. Follow abscates' wise advice and get the car to a steering shop or a Volvo specialist to check it over. If you have a good local shop then take it there if you are concerned with the work that was done on the return pipe.
