Hi everyone,
My S60 has 150K miles and runs fine except for a failure in the ABS system. Currently, the ABS, brake, and red triangle dash lights are lit, clock and trip meter shows -------, and my 'miles to empty tank' reads 9999. ABS, cruise, and traction control no longer work. Dash warning lights are on 100% of the time. Speedometer still works for now. I haven't checked out the pins inside the BCM, yet.
In the engine bay, ABS fuses 14 and 19 are not blown but fuse 14 only registers 11 volts and fuse 19 registers about 20 volts. I did not test amperage or resistance but I will.
Any thoughts as to why the voltages are like that?

2005 had the CEM water ingress issue. I'd also check the voltage at the alternator
