DICE unit w/ Vida 2014D Topic is solved

Back when I bought my V70, I ordered a DICE from Aliexpress and it seemed like the seller was never going to ship so I canceled that order and instead bought one from Amazon. Naturally, the seller on Aliexpress IMMEDIATELY shipped the one I ordered first so I ended up with two. I liked the appearance and utility of the Amazon one better so I'm selling this one.

I have tested it and confirmed it works. Naturally, there's no bluetooth support and the included VIDA 2014D is the same as all the others coming from China.

I will include the interface and VIDA disc.

If you wish, I can also include a Virtualbox VM that I have already configured and is known working with this interface, but it's about 20GB so it would need to go on a flash drive (so like an extra $10). Also, you would need to supply your own Windows 7 Pro product key because I used a legal key for this VM and I would remove it before shipping (i.e., Windows will complain that it isn't genuine). Windows 7 Pro COA stickers are readily available on eBay for cheap (anywhere from $5 to $30).

I am in Louisiana, in the US. I'd like to sell this for $70 shipped inside the US ($80 if you want me to supply a flash drive with the Virtualbox VM). Shipping would be by USPS Priority Mail.

I'll take paypal and won't require you to do anything skeezy like send payment as a gift.

works for model years '99 and newer, correct?

It should work the same as any other Chinese DICE interface. If '99 was the cutoff year, then yes.
