In pseudo random order.
...and you can put the part number into Amazon and search there too, using the MVS link to Amazon of course.
Nissens gets decent reviews as an aftermarket, I'm running one on my 99 right now

do88 is a good brand, but that price is insane. I've had good luck with my Nissens.

Not really, considering that radiator will out last the car when a plastic one will need to be changed out multiple times during the same time frame. When the times come, I bet you can sell your used all aluminum radiator for half the money you paid.abscate wrote:Nice piece of kit but a vicious price...
What insane is people continue to buy cheap band-aid parts, but will not spend money on good quality stuff that will literally last a life time. Now, I buy the best quality stuff, even if I have to save money to do it. I spent enough for poor quality parts like URO, plastic radiators, scantech, and only to have the parts fail shortly, then I have to spend money again. Enough is enough.
Nissens maybe a good brand, but the end tanks are still plastic, and I had two Nissens with cracked end tanks.

That sounds more like product defect than inherent design problem. My OEM Valeo lasted 15 years, and I've got 4 on my Nissens. If I had two cracked tanks, though, I would buy that puppy.
ugly job.
Are you sure your motor mounts are tight and not putting stress on the end tank?

I agree about buying band aid parts. If you plan to keep the car a while, you should definitely invest in good, higher end parts that are built to last. If the radiator failed and you're buying crap radiators, the cost will quickly add up to the cost of the do88 after you replace it 3, 4, 5 times.tryingbe wrote:Not really, considering that radiator will out last the car when a plastic one will need to be changed out multiple times during the same time frame. Behr radiators I found to be comparable to Nissans. For low cost repairs I use those. For long term repairs sometimes I put OEM Volvo brand radiator in... figuring if the first one lasted me 20 years and 200K miles for the extra $100 it will out last me.

FCP sells Nissans REALLY cheap.
