Just bought a 2000 s80, new to Volvo vehicle's and need help
So I just bought a 2000 Volvo s80 and everything worked great when I test drove it yesterday, woke up this morning and it won't start, I tried figuring out how to do the diagnostic check and it says low battery voltage, stc service required, and a few other things, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
If you have a volt meter you can check the battery in the car. Otherwise you can take it out and to any number of parts stores and they can put it on their machine and see if it is good or not. If it is good that points to other issues like the alternator. Since you just bought it I would contact the dealer and ask them to fix it.

If you just bought it, it is probably the battery. The dealer may have been showing it to many people and never replaced the battery.
