Passenger seat getting hot, but XC90 doesn't have heated seats!

Passenger seat getting hot, but XC90 doesn't have heated seats!

My XC90 doesn't have heated seats, but recently the passenger seat has begun getting very hot. Also, the horn has stopped working. I can't imagine the two are related.
