What happened to this forum? I went on it to ask Xemodex about the fact that on their website they are no longer dealing directly to the public other than through a 'partner' as of 1st Feb 2017. They don't state who their partners are. This will mean a huge price hike and make these repairs less likely to be done. Hang on to those 850's and 98 models folks!

I have been in contact with Xemodex and FCP Euro. Good news is that FCP are acting like an agent, but you 'book' the repair through them and then ship directly to Xemodex and back from them.

For Canadian buyers of the service, make sure you ask for a shipping discount or you will get charged extra due to the way FCP's system works for international customers (Xemodex are in Canada).

Good news is that the price is about the same as it was when shipping was included.

Neil, I posted here in the forums about XeMODeX moving to wholesale a couple weeks ago. As part of this move, they're obviously not advertising to the public any longer so I lost my ad contract with them (notice the big hole up top where their ad was).

Additionally, they asked me to close the forum that they monitored. Anyone can still ask ETM questions here, naturally.

Thanks Clemens. They were a great sponsor. I'm working on filling that spot.

If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know.
