TPS & Misfire codes with surge and skips??

My car has misfire codes 0300s for cylinders 2,3,4 and 5. PSark plugs and cols have been replaced already. Wiring and plugs seems to be in good working condition. I also have TPS codes on both TPS sensors and my local volvo tach says this is uncommon for both sensors to have codes. When accelerating the car will surge and buck a little, but if you give a lot of pedal and kickdown trans it will run smooth with heavy acceleration and then will surge/buck when shifting back up while letting off accelerator a little. Car will run smooth while in high gear with little pedal but will surge/buck again when accelerating and kicksdown to lower gear. The car is also using excessive amount of fuel. Getting around 9-11 mpg. Please help.
