96 R, what's dripping

Hi, my 96 R leaves motor oil drips on the floor coming right through that hole in the splash pan. I cannot see anything wrong without removing the splash pan (it is cold outside). Any ideas?

Could be power steering oil if it is on the RHS front, anti-freeze, oil cooler lines, or A/C (PAG oil).

I forgot to mention it is motor oil according to it's black color. And it is on the driver's side.

What I am thinking is maybe the oil cooler. It is included in the radiator assembly, right? Is it just next to the radiator or do oil cooler lines run netween the radiator and the intercooler?

Probably the weep hole in the intercooler, that's my first guess. Otherwise could be the oil cooler sure, and/or the hose connections into the oil cooler.

Man, pull the air diverter, it takes about 5 minutes.

That's too much oil for intercooler weep. The hole in the intercooler is 2mm, that much oil would plug it.

The oil or AT cooler would be the only things up front that coul leak that much. Almost certainly the fittings have sprung loose.

I took a good look today during daylight, it is right underneath the intercooler. The hoses to the oilcooler are dry, same goes for the AT cooler lines. The block is clean underneath the intake manifold. The PCV is good, I get vacum.

Any way to check the oilcooler without pulling the radiator?

i went back to the car, filmed with my phone, nothing oily in there, except for an old oil and dirt crust around the lower intercooler to hose connection. If the snowstorm stops tomorrow i will remove the splash pan.
