2008 Volvo C30 "Brake Failure Stop Safely"

Ever since winter began here in Canada, my 2008 C30 has been acting up with

-anti skid service required (I have to reset the code for it to go away which re-activate my DSTC)
-anti skid temporarily off (goes away after driving for 2 minutes but between the startup to 2 minutes I do not have DSTC)

those codes popped up about 3 times from December 2016 -February 2017

But Today as of the 16th of February 2017, I received a new code on my dash which says "Brake Failure Stop Safely" which disabled my DSTC.

I got home and used my OBD reader to get the codes (Pictures included) and I erased all the codes I had and the car drove fine and had the DSTC on again.

The weird thing is... everything is going all at once, I came to believe it could be the central Module that controls the DSTC to be faulty..

If anyone has insight on this or ideas feel free to help, this is a big issue.

You physically visually check the drivetrain? Bad wheel bearing, axle, gunked sensor, sliced wiring to sensor and other components are suspect until its verified during a physical inspection can be done. If all appears good, then the situation turns to a possible module as the problem.

This weekend ill be putting it up on the hoist, what should i be checking for specifically?

I'd assume it's the Module because it's just so unlikely for everything to go at once... 2 bad ABS sensors, Anti Skid, and SWM
