Curtain airbag replacement

I am trying to replace my curtain airbag after deployment due to an accident. I am finding it difficult removing the clips that hold it to the frame. I could brake it out, but I want to know the easy way without destroying anything. I want to know this so as to help me with the replacement. Thanks.
