rattling interior trim

I am hearing some really minor(but very annoying) rattling sounds coming from my doors when I turn the bass/music up. btw: I removed my sunglasses/other stuff out from the door storage. I have seen dynamat, but I'm not sure if that would help in this situation. Is there anyone else out there who has dealt with this type of problem?

so what is that peel n seal called/where can I buy it? I'm excited to get this project on, and over with. Did you use VADIS to aid in removing/replacing the door panels?

It is available only at Lowes hardware, in the roofing section.. and it's literally called "peel and seal" its like 13 bucks a roll, i used 4 rolls.
