bad throttle body on 02 s60 non -terbo

My throttle body is bad, sent it to BBA reman they could not rebuild the part number is 8644345 does anybody know what part numbers will interchange with 8644345 i was told
that a ****344 will, Are their any other numbers that will interchange?? I am looking for a used
or rebuilt t/b on ebay. the ****345 seems hard to find (most part suppliers do not even have the ****345 number in the data base) so more numbers, that will fit would be of emence help. Will the ****344 work?? I ASS-U-M-E all used or re-built t/b MUST be re programed?? any info will help
