Ignition lock cylinder
i have to turn quickly(too much quickly) the key in order to start my car,otherwise nothing if happens if i just turn it at the regular speed,what do you think it might be?

Kind of sounds like it might be the electrical portion of the ignition switch. Not a lock cylinder.
But honestly, there isn't a lot of information to go with for a thorough diagnosis.
