2000 V70 PCV System

I am in the middle of repairing the PCV system on my car(non-turbo FWD) and had a few questions. I am planning on replacing the breather box with a Professional Parts Sweeden replacement, but need to buy the molded hose that comes from the head down to the top of the box. What brand of this hose is recommended? I see many on ebay that are described as URO. I recall hearing that URO hoses are really poor quality and am scared to buy anything associated with URO. I usually buy parts from FCP Euro, but it is close to $300 for the kit, which although is probably the highest quality, is out of my budget right now. Also I am planning on cleaning and reusing the tubing that goes to the side of the head and the airbox. Another question was whether to replace the fuel injector 0-rings and seals, since some of them appear slightly dried out. Again the seals and o-rings seem to be very expensive and I was wondering if I could source them inexpensively for a local parts store.

Dont buy the kit, clean the parts and replace any that are broken.

The box is just that, a box, you can clean it out with solvent and re-use it. You do want to use Volvo parts for the connecting pipe and banjo coolant pipe - thats under strain and you want good quality parts there.

Top of head to box should be new, Volvo part.

I might still have my old box if yours is trashed.

+1 on the pipe to the top of the head. Volvo OE only. Same with the one at the bottom of the PCV tank to the block and the short 'L' one that comes out the top side of the tank and goes into about half way up the block. I made the mistake of using aftermarket parts and ended up doing the job 3 times in the end. First time as service,, 2nd time after less than 700km when the 'L' pipe burst (not sure it was Uro part but IPD had 3 fail with customers plus mine), and the 3rd time to replace the short pipe with the metal case at the bottom of the PCV tank to block. It had almost completely collapsed internally causing huge back pressure.
