What lowering suspension should i go for, i have looked on 40mm, how about the Shock Absorber, should i change them too???

I like i low as this

Eibach or H&R. Since struts and shocks adjust to height no need in changing them, I wouldn't think unless you are wanting to go to coilovers. I would however at least beef up the end links both rear and front. A lot of people go with larger ant-sway bars too to help stabilize the car after lowering it. You can find some examples of all of these at www.vivaperformance.com but look there and shop for lower prices as they tend to be a little over-priced.
