Which shocks - Am I missing the "mark"? ;-)

Ok. I raise the white flag. I have been looking for the correct shocks for my '12 S60 T5 for 2 days now. I'm confused about the "mark 83,99" spec. What does that mean? When I use my VIN - I get search results from parts sites that contradict. My PIN shows 99, but most of the sites either return a part for 83 or parts for both 83 and 99. Are they interchangeable and am I making something out of nothing? Is my PIN wrong?
