V70 side light bulbs?

Neither of the headlights on my 2000 V70 NA have any bulbs under the outer headlight bulb. Can't see any wiring to support them either and can't see there is anywhere the wiring has been to support them. Do all cars have this bulb in place in NA other than mine?

Bump. No one?

I even checked a spare light housing I have and it has no wire or bulb in that position, so guess it is redundant in NA market?

Strange thing is Vida shows a lighting harness with that bulb holder and bulb.
