Other than the dealer, where is the best place to purchase a new CV joint for my 2008 XC90 (Passenger side). I have found them at AutoZone, Advance, etc. but am not sure of the quality. I know the original is probably best but does anyone have experience with the aftermarket parts? Hate to pay dealer price if I can get it for less money.
Thanks

Indeed, many of these have issues such as vibrations at highway speed. A good option is a used OE one off Ebay or scrap yard with a recent date printed on the Volvo label, but they may have been rebuild as well. I have read Cardone and Napa could be fine, but double check with forums about feedback from people. Also check it's for your specific engine, on the S60 model the turbo engine has a different axle than the non turbo one.
Finally, the axles can get really stuck in the transmission/spindle, if yours is stubborn, google up for plenty of forum discussions
