Missing Vaccum Line? Please See Picture...

Post by CalsGorilla »

So I've had this 2001 S40 (85000 miles) for about a year now though I haven't used it much. Been having poor mileage and weird electrical issues so I switched an O2 sensor after seeing the code for it...

I saw the following and I can't find any pictures or diagrams that tell me if these are missing a vacuum tube or more!

If you can just look to see if your similar car has this missing (or whatever) that would be great. Any pictures double great. Thanks!

***FYI this is below the heat shield in the back and next to the oxygen sensors.

I took a quick look at my '01.

#1 appears to be a block drain for the coolant. Nothing attaches to it permanently.
#2 is a hole. Nothing goes in it.
