Non Turbo Plugs in a Turbo

Post by Brandon4TW »

Went to do a tune up for the first time after some misfires (that fiasco is on another thread) on my V70 T5 and realized that the previous owner was using the non turbo three prong plugs. I know this couldn't be good for the engine, but I'm curious as to if there is any immediate damage or if poor performance might be my only side effect.

Change them out, n/a plugs are hotter, which will make pre-ignition(knock) easier.
