Hi all. I need some help. I have a 91 240. After car warms up my car will die. I have had it die while idle, while accelerating, or while putting in gear after parked.
I have replaced fuel pump(external), fuel filter, in tank pump, strainer, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel relay.
What am I missing? I am losing sleep over this. Please any help?

My 90 740 was doing that, replaced 1323592 Noise Suppression Relay (AKA: Radio Suppression Relay or "RSR"). fixed it, replaced relay and relay connector, both relay and connector were bad, I just used a relay with the same specs., cost a few bucks, works the same as the 65 dollar one.

IAC (idle air control)? Sounds a lot like symptoms of bad IAC, which is up on throttle body. Maybe research that, specific to your car and see if others have reported same. Check all vacuum lines and electrical plugs in engine bay. Injectors, spark plug wires (at plug and dist), etc.
When you say it dies...do you mean like engine stalls...but all other electrical seems fine?
