V70R vs XC70 Struts

So I changed the sway bar endlinks in an attempt to chase down a rattle in the front right of our '07 XC70.

While I was down there, I found there was a slight leak from the front right shock.

Now since this XC70 has the 4C system, the struts are expensive. However the V70 section under RockAuto has an AWD with electronic suspension option (while the XC70 section has nothing for struts). Does anyone know if these interchange?
