01 V70 T5 sunroof and a/c issues
So I have recently fixed a mess of problems on this lovely vehicle and everything was great until my sunroof started to act up. When I press the switch to auto open it it stops after moving partially the it only moves slightly when I push it again. It does the same thing going forward and some times the switch doesn't do anything. It does start working properly but eventually reverts back to the same thing. For my a/c issue, it blows cold but every once an while when I turn on the a/c or even just turning on the blower I feel the air come out of the vents but then I hear a little motor and the air stops like I pressed the manual circulation button. I can hear it blowing but it's like it keeps closing itself off. If I turn the air off and then back on I feel it again but it closes off again. It's not all the time but annoying to say the least. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Any scratch noise with the sunroof?
For the vents, does it work normally on manual mode? First blow some air into the small grid with 3 openings above the temp knob. don't touch the sensor inside as it's fragile. Then it may be a calibration problem.

Once I hear that little motor sound and it closes off nothing can change it whether I change speed or different positions, or press manual or auto. I did the lock and unlock 3 times procedure and everything is working properly. Fuses are ok as well. I'll try blowing into it if it starts up again.

As above, for the sunroof the shade guides go bad, bend and will prevent the shade from sliding, and consequently impede the glass from moving. When the guides go bad, the shade it's hard to slide by hand and will make noise. If however the shade moves smoothly back and forth, perhaps it's more of a switch issue, rare but I think I've heard it once.
For the climate, just a few other ideas. There is an intake air flap that closes the air intake from outside when the air quality sensor located above this flap detects bad air particles. On my car this is the noisiest motor of all CCM motors, could be the one you are hearing. This sensor is known to get bad, but I don't know if this would force the flap to shut close intermittently.
Just a side note, the climate module (CCM) sets a permanent SRS display message if anything is disconnected while the car battery is connected.

I've been messing around with it and have discovered that I haven't had that quality sensor on at all, but having it on hasn't changed much. I also discovered that if I turn my a/c off it blows through the vents as normal but if I turn the a/c on it stops blowing. I hear my blower motor going but I get no air flow. I can press manual and auto and change speeds but it won't blow with the a/c on only with it off.

the a/c has this issue with another thermistor causing the evaporator to freeze up 5-10min which reduces the airflow. It would show as the a/c lines inside the engine bay have frozen up as well, easy to notice. But this only happens 5-10min after turning on the a/c for the first time in the day. Not sure if this corresponds with your issue, though. Once the a/c is off the ice will melt in 2-3 min and the airflow will start again

I don't really have an air flow issue in that way. It's not that it blows and then gets weak it's that it goes from normal to nothing as if I closed all the vents at once when the a/c is on. It does it when I first start and after I've driven and somtimes not at all it's more of a door closing on me than things freezing up in my opinion but I'm not ruling anything out just yet. Think I may go and pull my glove box out and see if anything looks like it shouldn't.
