Option code decoding

I'm trying to decode the line where it spells out the code for suspension, etc. Every site I've found thus far has 8-digit codes, whereas this is 12. It's a 2005, but the tag is under the hood on driver side. Made in Ghent, Belgium. Anyone have a decoder ring? Looking for rear springs/shocks. Rebuilding suspension / brake system:

1111X3314731

The bottom line on that tag is the suspension/chassis code, ignore those four"1's"
That number looks to be right, a dealer will need to tell you what to order, there is no "decoder sheet" out there.
VIDA may, not sure.

Include that chassis code so I can copy and paste it all to a list that I will make up and print out

Sent PM with dataplate transcription. After I posted, I did find the dataplate info sheet. I didn't post this, because the info still doesn't jive.

What threw me off was how it says "1111X3314731"
6&7 is 33
7&8 is 14
FCP shows nothing under these 'options' for rear springs/shocks. But if I offset one more #, the items DO refer to those two items:
31 (springs)
47 (shocks)

I'm not up for a $600+ mistake.
