2003 Volvo S60 will not start

I have a 2003 Volvo S60 Base Model 5 speed that will not start. At first it would start for a second and then die. The first 5 or so times it did this I could get it to stay running after 10 or so tries. Then after a few months it just would turn over and not start at all.

I replaced the fuel pump and it ran fine for a few weeks, then wouldn't start again.

Next time I took it to a local foreign car specialist and he replaced the fuel pump again after testing the new one and it wasn't working even though it had power and ground. After he replaced it he was getting a fault on the Fuel Control Module so I had him replace that too. After that, no more codes, no more faults, nothing and it ran fine.

Only ran fine for two days and now today again it will not start. When it runs, it runs great. No symptoms at all, runs absolutely wonderful.

It will fire up when I spray starting fluid into the throttle body but will not stay running.

Does anyone have experience with this issue?
