Volvo 855 latest tail light that will fit?

My 855 base upper tail light lenses are pretty cloudy. If 1998 V70 s.w. upper lenses will fit my 855 I will pick those up from the upull.

They look the same at a glance but the car is in the junk yard so can't compare side by side.

Oh, that's good news. Maybe they are the same. FCP lists / shows different lenses between 97 and 98 and up. Hmm. I'm going to look at them at the jy tomorrow, hope to score the nice clean set.

The lenses do change. The V70 gets clear turn signal lenses where the 850 has orange. But I believe it's a straight swap, plug'n'play, no modifications to part or chassis. The clear lenses are a nice look.
