I'm doing my head gasket on my 98 v70 awd with a bigger turbo, injectors, and tune.
Any thoughts or experience on metal (MLS cometic) style upgrade over stock. I know the general belief is they are stronger and better especially in boosted applications.
I only see ARD as having one available.
Any experience?

Standard will work fine unless you are aiming for over 400 HP.
