I have a '93 850 and the left hand, front turn signal quit working. The bulb is fine and the fuse is okay (had to be since all turn signals go through it) I looked around and apparently this car does not have a signal relay. Is the relay incorporated in the stalk? If so, is that the next logical part to swap out?
Thanks in advance,
Ken

It's built into the hazard light switch.
But if all of the others work, it's OK.
I'd look at the individual lamp, socket
and that socket's ground connection.

+1 on examining the lamp, bulb, lamp connection pins and associated wiring - I had problems with one when the insulation on the wiring exiting the connector became brittle and broke causing a short. You should be able to pull the whole assembly out fairly easily - I think its only held in by a spring, or is that the S70 signal?

850 is just a spring, probably a little less susceptible to breaking than the plastic "spring" on the S/V/C70.
Check out the wiring and the connector. It's possible that the terminal slipped out of the plastic connector or the terminals are corroded.
