You mean HU 613, there is no 603 radio
You will need to buy the underseat amp and harness, otherwise it's an easy swap
The 803 runs off a 300 watt underseat amp, the center channel works off the radio.
Oh, you will also need the center dash speaker, the wires (harness) that goes from the speaker to the 803 is built in all these cars, so no worries there.
If you successfully do this, you will probably want to add better aftermarket door speakers as now it will pack a pretty good wallop and if turned up it will easily overpower the OEM speakers!

JRL told you the exact changes you have to do, I'm not sure what wasn't clear? You have to do that if you want the HU-803 to work. The HU-803 won't work without an amp. As for the connectors, behind the radio there is a grey connector hidden somewhere wrapped in a white foam, this will connect to the grey plug coming from the amp harness, then the green plug will go into the back of the radio. Then the DIN connector from the amp goes as well into the back of the radio.
