06 xc70 AWD not working, front wheel spin

Im getting alot of front wheel spin on take offs from inclide stops, wet roads, gravel covered pavement. Really feels like the awd is not fuctioning properly. This is my first awd volvo so its difficult for me to tell what is normal. I wouldn't think fwd burnouts would be possible. No dash lights are on. I don't have vida yet so its a little difficult to tell whats up.

Based on my reading the most likely culprit is the temp / pressure sensor. Its a $115 gamble. Will the car need any reprogramming if i install new pressure sensor?

Thoughts on other things to look for?

Adjust the turbo waste gate before you replace parts.

The LP turbos have nice punch at low rpms so Im not sure you really have a problem. Traction control should be stopping wheel spin, agreed - are your brakes in top shape?

Brakes are newish, work fine. if i get into it hard the front wheels will spin continuously. I don't think that should be happening in a properly functional awd vehicle.

i jacked up the front wheels of my car 2001 xc70, front wheels spins and i get abs warning but no action from rear wheels. i can confirm there is a driveshaft so in my case its likely the angle gear
