I did a video on what I found when my AC Automatic Climate control module failed. I found burned capacitors in the unit. Check it out:

Excellent description of an unfortunately all too common problem. Your circuit board looks like it is in decent shape and it might fix. On most of them it burns a hole in the PC board and destroys the traces.

I'd suggest replacing all of those EC's with a quality unit rated for 105C. While you're in there, pull the fuel pump relay and replace the EC in there as well. I buy electronic parts from either Mouser or Digi-key.

I replaced the electrolytic caps a few years back. So far the ECC has continued to work OK.
