Folding mirror not working

I have a 2007 XC90 with folding mirrors. The passenger side mirror has been a little finicky, i.e. not working all the time, for the past couple of years. Now it does not work at all. I move it around and hear the click of what I believe is the track or grooves or whatever moves it. A couple of times I was able to get it to move, but now it does not move at all. The mirror moves.

Is there something I can do> I took off the outer cover but really cannot see anything.
