Rear end drone

2004 V70 AWD
Above 40 mph, especially on deceleration, I hear a droning hum.
The AWD does not work, via vida.
Is there a troubleshoot method to find where the noise originates, wheel bearing vs the haldex mechanicals.

Either a very bad rear wheel bearing or a bad rear end
