93' Volvo 940 starts and slowly dies after timing belt change

Replaced timing belt and tensioner pulley. First time not aligned with timing marks had to redo a few times. Now it is aligned. Car now starts idles good and smooth over 3000 RPM's when let off accelerator it slowly dies. This car has new fuel pump and has had new software from factory. IAC is good,. New fuel pressure regulator, coil pack, plugs, wires distributor rotor and cap. I didn't install new radio noise suppression relay though. Just not sure where to look next. Fuel relay is relatively new as well. What is missing and not sure what do next.
